Your path to happiness and balance: 3 month program
This program will set you on the right track and implement positive changes in your life.. It takes time to make changes and one of the most important things is to be constant; In these 3 months you will learn how to become the healthiest version of yourself and how keep it that way.
- One initial consultation (40 minutes) where we will assess what you are struggling with and set your goals. This consultation will give me an idea of your relationship with food, past diets you have tried, what works and what doesn’t, your health history, what is challenging you and what you are looking to improve. With this consultation I will be able to tailor a plan specific for you.
- 6 x 50 minute sessions (2 per month for a total of 3 months) we will go over the plan I created and every session make new improvements on every aspect of your life.
- Integrate more healthy food, learn which foods are most beneficial to your health and your specific needs whether it is your skin or your weight and so much more.
- Create a meal plan which best fits your preferences and your life.
- Recipes: Easy recipes that you will be able to prepare and enjoy every day without taking more time out of your busy schedule.
- Constant email support; whether you don’t know which product to buy at the supermarket or you are having troubles eating healthy during your holidays, I will be there to support you and we will find the best choice available for you.
