This plan will give you a taste of how it is to have my support in your life and tools to get you started on your journey to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.


  • One initial consultation (40 minutes) where we will assess your struggles and set your goals. This consultation will give me an idea of your relationship with food, past diets you have tried, what works and what doesn’t, your health history, what is challenging you and what you are looking to improve. With this consultation I will be able to tailor recommendations specific to you.
  • Follow up consultation (50 minutes) we will go over the recommendations and plan I designed specifically for you.
  • Recipes: I will provide you recipes to keep you on track and integrate more healthy foods into your daily diet.
