2 minute Passion Fruit Smoothie

As many of you already know, I love smoothies, especially for breakfast. It is an easy way to get a nutritious meal and sneak in some superfoods. I added to this one flaxseeds and camu camu but you can add whatever you prefer or simply leave it as it is.

This smoothie is so simple, yet so tasty and healthy. Passion fruit is filled with antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber, plus you are getting the potassium found in banana with all its benefits. You will be enjoying a nutritious and tasty smoothie.


1.5 cup frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk (or any milk you like coconut works as well)
1-2 passion fruits-liquid with seeds
*superfoods optional

Blend the banana and the almond milk first then add half of the the passion fruit and any superfoods you want. Finish by topping it with the extra passion fruit left.
